Bite the Bullet

A poem of phrases by Beverly Stock.

Bite The Bullet.

Go By The Book.

Go Against The Grain.

Have A Bone to Pick.

Go Off Half-Cocked,

Babble Like a Brook.

Do An About-Face,

Don’t touch, just look.

Bag of Bones

Raining Cats and Dogs,

Lend Me Your Ear,

Be of Good Cheer.

Lay Your Cards On The Table.

Go To The Dogs!

Hit The Nail on The Head,

Be a Bump on a Log.
